the first 'real' snowfall came yesterday afternoon and evening here. we got enough that it covered the trees and the ground in white, somewhere between 3 to 5 inches. that was enough to have cars in the ditches, a number of fender benders and a multi-car accident. snow = slow...i guess some people forgot that yesterday. what usually took me 10 minutes to get home from work took an hour. traffic came to a crawl on the highway. i wanted to take some pictures yesterday, but had no time. if the snow's still around, i'll take some this weekend.
